In fact, Afghanistan is repeating its history. Perhaps Britain has forgotten its humiliating defeat of eighteenth century when they were forced to withdraw from Kabul and that of Russian withdrawal in eighties of last century. Both the USA and UK will ultimately have no choice but to "flee" from Kabul sooner than later expected. It is just a matter of time.

Horowitz has thrown stones at each and every one of the 101 professors in this book. His hatred is phenomenal! Best to complain to the publisher listed above.

The repetition of these resentful statements is quite similar in every case within this 448 page book. It is rather difficult to understand how any person could attack so many professionals.

As we speak, we are seeing some of these professors being stopped in their tracks--in their speeches, in their writings, books, other publications, such as journalistic articles. Worse, they are either being fired, asked to leave or even placed into court or jail. This is analogous to what Europeans are facing at present, where laws are being passed that would jail a person for refusing to accept Israel or for bearing an anti-Israel bias or an array of research showing the Holocaust to be a bit trumped up. Think Irving, Zundel, Faurisson and others.

What we Americans must awaken to is that we must all become activists in order to stop this needless pressuring that would work against the freedoms we love. Not only professors, but journalists and radio hosts have been inhibited, fired, or stopped from speaking out on the Middle East unless it is only from the point of few of the Israeli ideology.

Horowitz expects everyone to believe that Israel is a good neighbor to the Arab countries that it is plundering and planning to bring to destruction. So far, it is quite successful. The strongest myth that we hear from our politicians is "Israel must protect itself."

The same points are made repeatedly, and it is a wonder that the 101 professors are not bringing charges for this totally unfair defamation of so many of their characters.

Horowitz has forgotten that this is still America where we do still have Freedom of Speech, and should not be persecuted verbally or otherwise by speaking up as to our opinions: leftist, pro-Palestinian, Marxist, Maoist, or not. We are going to have to fight to preserve these precious freedoms.

Further theft of Lebanese water

We saw on TV news that the Zionist state invented a new way to steal further quantities of Lebanese water.

Further to trying to stealing new slices of Lebanese land by extending the old metal fence installed on the so-called "Blue Line" demarked under the observance of UN experts, after the IOF "unilateral" forced withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territories in the year 2000. A crew of workers using mechanical shovels working under the protection of the "Israeli Occupation Forces" dug a ditch few meters long behind the fence into the Lebanese side of the border; so as to make rain water gathered in the Lebanese olive groves flow into a huge pipe and then into occupied Palestine!!!

An armed IOF unit stood protecting the work digging the ditch so as to protect the crime even after completing the work. The re-enforced UNIFEL forces were called by the Lebanese so as to stop the act of Zionist theft, but all what they did was to stand at a distance and took note!!!

It seems that all the 15,000 heavily armed international forces called mostly from European countries, supposedly to see law and order implemented on both sides of the Blue Line is not by any means breached, what they are actually doing as the lady German chancellor said before sending her navy to the Mediterranean is to protect not only "Israel" but its atrocities.
