Protest: Karimov Slaughters over 700 in the land of Al Bukhari

On Friday Karimov ordered the killing of over 700 civilians, including women and children, as they fled from the his troops. This followed a demonstration where tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered in the city of Andijan, Uzbekistan! protesting against the oppressive regime of the western puppet Karimov.

Karimov has been an ally of Bush's war on terror, and has received millions in western aid despite massive imprisonment, torture and murder of Islamic political activists. The British government sacked their ambassador when he publicised the case of Muzaffar Avazov, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, boiled alive by Karimov.

We ask all Muslims here to use their voices against this oppression, to expose the hypocrisy of western foreign policy and to send a powerful message to the vile Karimov regime and call for the return of the Khilafah state in the Muslim world.

You have a responsibility to stand up for the Muslims of Uzbekistan against the lies of Karimov. You need to do the following:

(1) Take part in a "Day of Action" on Wednesday 18th May 2005

(2) Contact the Uzbekistan Embassy in London

Ask to speak to Ambassador Tukhtapulat Riskiev or any other diplomats present. In a frank and courteous manner complain to him regarding the actions of the dictator Karimov. Make the following points

Tell him that Karimov has the blood of Muslims on his hands and that Muslims will not forget these crimes that he has committed and that this blood will not leave him.

Ask them whether they agree with Uzbek Interior minister Almatov who said, "We don't care if 200, 300 or 400 people die. We have force and we will chuck you out of there anyway".

Ask them why does not Karimov and his henchmen step aside and make way for a representative Islamic government?

Demand that he passes on this message to President Karimov directly.

(3) Contact Western companies and organisations that work with the Uzbek regime

Some of the main companies and organisations! involved in Uzbekistan include British American Tobacco, the UK-listed mining company Oxus Gold and the University of Westminster. They do business with a regime that routinely uses torture as a! means of interrogation against its citizens. Contact them and ask them if they, like Western governments, are willing to dispense with all ethical values and turn a blind eye to the repression of Uzbek Muslims by the Uzbek regime?

(4) Speak to your relatives and friends

It may be surprising but some Muslims in Britain may be unaware of the situation of Muslims in Uzbekistan. You need to tell them how tens of thousands of Uzbek Muslims are heroically languishing in jail for practising Islam and accounting the tyrant Karimov. These are the real heroes of this Ummah in this era.

Remind them of the hadith of the Messenger (saw): "The best Jihad is the word of truth spoken to the tyrant ruler".

(5) Raise awareness about the issue in the media

You have an opportunity to contact radio phone-ins and write letters to newspapers about events in Uzbekistan. Focus on the hypocrisy of the West who support the tyrant Karimov and the right of Muslims to determine their own political destiny. Choose the best words and argue your point politely so as to win over others to this point of view.

(6) Remember the Muslims of Uzbekistan in your du'a

During the battle o! f Badr, the Prophet Muhammad (saw) stood up all night in prayer seeking Allah's [swt] help in the battle between unequal armies that would follow the next day. In the decisive battles against the crusaders, Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi was busy day and night. His days were devoted to Jihad. His nights were spent making du'a, crying, seeking Allah's help.

Some Background on Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is a republic in central Asia whose inhabitants number approximately 26 million. Its land is of the most fertile and it is one of the richest due to its natural resources. Uzbekistan became independent in 1992 when the Soviet Union broke up but remained linked to Russia militarily, politically, economically and in terms of security, through ‘The Commonwealth of Independent States’ (CIS) which was established as a substitute for the former Soviet Union. More recently, Uzbekistan has been a key ally of western governments in the ‘war on terror’, providing an airbase from which attacks on Afghanistan have been launched.

No sooner did the godless communism collapse and the central Asian republics became independent, than their inhabitants felt that they had become freed from the slavery of communism and the dictatorship of the Russians. They began to return to the fold of Islam which was forbidden to them for three quarters of a century. They went back to cleaning their mosques, most of which the Russians had turned into alcohol store houses and pig pens. They proceeded to give money and accept donations fro! m their Muslim brothers outside the country in order to restore old mosques and to build new ones. The republic of Uzbekistan was one of the most devoted to Islam from the central Asian republics. It is no surprise that its people were known for their love for Islam since ancient times. For the Ummah, it has given birth to some of the great scholars, like Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Nasafi and Zamakhshari.

A Holy Day for Peace & Love

I am praying you all to read in full this simple and humble letter which will be sent to all my friends, brothers & sisters of all nations, to all the politicians, to all the religious and spiritual authorities, to the international news (TV and radio stations, internet and journals…), to all the international profit and non-profit organizations who work for the benefit of humanity, of earth and of its creatures.

 When & how it started:

Friday 01-04-2005 at 5 a.m. I am still awake watching the news about the Pope John Paul II.

The situation of the world and of Lebanon (the heart of earth) is extremely critical. Earlier today, during the evening, a 4^th explosion happened in Broummana, Lebanon. Thank God there are no death casualties until now. God only knows when & where the 5^th one is going to be and what damages it is going to make. I pray God to protect us all, people of the earth and of Lebanon. I pray God to heal the heart of earth and our own, so that the entire planet can be finally & totally healed through the love of God and through our love to one another, exactly as our beloved brothers (Jesus, Mohammad, Moses, Buddha, Morea, Krishna, Lao Tzu and Shiba…) still keep on teaching us.

We should forgive everyone who caused us pain & sufferings. It is time to finally reunite together, to love one another and say: “NO to Wars, NO to hatred, NO to revenge and NO to all our negative thoughts and emotions”.

It is time to reunite, become One people, One nation with different races, beliefs, religions, philosophies, theologies, cultures and colors…

We need, want & deserve to receive PEACE & LOVE from one another and from all nations.

Each one of us needs to forgive & to be forgiven.

May only love prevail on earth & in our hearts.

Once, the Pope John Paul II was in danger. A woman who used to travel along with him at all time asked him if he were afraid, because she was; he answers her back saying: “Love my child is much stronger than any fear or danger”.

Love God and he WILL give you his love & protection which surpass any danger.

There is no reason to be afraid of anything.

Many are the great people -of all religions & beliefs- who showed themselves to us, teaching us to Love and NOT TO FEAR.

Laughter, a small and simple smile on the face IS the first step into OPENING Our Hearts, into Giving and Receiving Love.

God IS in each one of us and all around us.

We ARE all linked, united, made brothers and sisters by our beloved Father God.

Love one another.

Love, Love and again Love.

Amen, Amen, Amen (= so be it, so be it, so be it).

Moral

Before being people with many differences, nations, races, beliefs, religions, philosophies, theologies, cultures and colors… even before having given us a name WE ALL ARE HUMANS of the Earth.

The idea

Making all around the world “A Holy Day for Peace & Love”.

 The Symbol

Since millennia, all religions and beliefs preached about love and humanity, wished for peace and yet, we do not have a festivity that symbolizes this great and one of the most important phenomena on earth.

This is a holy giving praying and meditating day to open our hearts and desires, to unconditionally give, love, share and respect our differences, beliefs and one another.

 How

According to their philosophies, theologies, cultures, religions and spiritual beliefs, all people and nations pray and/or meditate preferably in public, such as in squares, churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, nature and stadiums… even in prisons, all having the same intent, the same wish, “peace & love” everywhere on Earth, giving and asking forgiveness to all people and nations we have hurt and hurt us.

 Recognition

Recognize that at the end as in the beginning We All Are HUMANS.

Recognize that We All have the same need and desire of being forgiven, loved and respected as human beings regardless of our differences.

Recognize that We All Are Humans having the same FEAR; the fear of being hurt again, judged, criticized, and condemned due to our differences. Instead, recognize all the things we have in common, most importantly that We All Are Humans, CHILDREN of the Earth, becoming and recognizing that We All Are ONE people, ONE nation with the same fear and desire praying and/or meditating all together for the same cause on this “Holy Day For Peace And Love”.

 The Belief

Although this event will hopefully start to happen only once a year, as most spiritual people I believe that on this holy day a NEW SEED will be planted in each one’s heart; “the seed of LOVE” which WILL keep on GROWING within each one of us whether we will be conscious or unconscious of it, and it WILL eventually become so big that one day, THERE WILL BE NO MORE WARS, and NO MORE PAIN.

Only Love WILL blossom from within us, so peace and love WILL prevail on earth, in every human soul and forever.

On the first day ever of this great event, through our prayers, the help of God, all united in the same praying cause, I AM convinced that we WILL be capable of making MIRACLES.

Our union may result in what some beliefs call “ARMAGADON” or “The Judgment Day”, which can be something wonderful instead of what we have always feared; it can signify the end of the old and the beginning of the new dawn, the beginning of an era where ONLY love prevails.

This very day can be miraculous on those who do not believe. Many non-believers will be present among these groups just for curiosity of knowing how it would feel like being among those people. The tremendous amount of Divine Energy (positive) that will be called forth through the various chants, prayers and meditations may result in a miracle in the non-believers’ heart and make it open to see for the first time the light (of God), and finally become good believers who will make great changes through the entire planet.

 The Era

We are in an era where the entire world is finally open to each other through internet and the various sources of media and I AM convinced that today is the right time where this idea could be openly accepted by everyone, easier and more willing in the help of spreading this idea.

And may God be of our assistance on this holy day.
