Dear Sir,

I have been trying to find your site for a long time. Now you are on my Bookmark bar so I should have no more trouble unless my computer is interfered with.

Both my husband and I are among many thinking Australians who are very angry at what the 'reigning fools' in America are doing to the Middle East. Every day we get so angry when we hear how many Palestinians are being killed and injured not to mention the death toll in Iraq. Thank you for giving us figures on Palestine.

I did get some info about Iraq from Human Rights watch website. Please believe there are many people in our country that marched against war but our voices are not being heard.

Please keep up the good work and don't give up as we are desperate to LEARN the TRUTH.

We are lucky here in Australia because we do have a very good TV Station which keeps us a lot more informed than the people are in the US. We were in Europe last year and we realized that the people Europe don't like the Americans but on our bus was a family from Washington DC who think like us.

By the way I have no Arabic blood but I spent my early childhood years in the Punjab and my mother was very much revered by the local people. We are so lucky this time to have your website for information, something we didn't have in 1991.

Editor: Humbled. I'll keep your letter in mind when things get tough. By the way, I'm an Arab American and most Americans are good people. Like everywhere, you should make the distinction between people and the rulers of any society.

The Holy War

My name is Ralf Biermann, I am an electrical engineer and live in Germany. I studied the Bible for some years and just recently I discovered the Quran to be a holy book as a complement to the Bible. As opposed to other people I do not see religion as the root cause of the problems between the nations, but as the solution. Therefore I concentrate on how everything fits together.

The Quran calls on to fight the unbelievers, which (does not include people of the Book). Even Jesus said that he did not come to bring peace to the world, but a sword. The USA have turned the meaning of the words "In God we trust" upside down, they sold huge amounts of weaponry to the Middle East and with their interference in Middle East affairs they represent a threat to the world peace.

The Americans are wondering why God did not prevent the disaster of September 11. The answer is: the president George W. Bush is responsible for the foreign affairs, and the Americans are responsible for electing the president. Therefore nobody is without guilt. A little investigation on the person of George W. Bush reveals that he is a liar. The Americans elected a liar repeatedly, and therefore they are no longer walking on the path of truth.

Now the question has to be asked if the people are choosing the right weaponry to fight liars. I do not think so. The sword is a symbol for the word of God in the Bible, and the word of God is truth. So liars have to be fought with truth. The history is telling us that the truth is much stronger, otherwise the holy books would not have survived until this day.

So how can we fight with truth? This is possible with the media, such as newspapers, radio, television and internet. The development of the internet reveals that it will become the main battleground for the fight of truth. Armageddon means "hill of fruits", and if the truth will have its fruits on the internet, why not assume that Armageddon will be a cyberwar? Now it can be understood why this war is holy, because it is bloodless in the first stage and upholds the values, which are in the holy books.
