I am an American Christian, but please do not hold
that against me.
Islam is peace and Islam is worldwide.
The earth is in peril, but the Greens are in the minority.
I believe there is ample room for an alliance; Islam to promote peace and
the Greens to promote stewardship of the earth.

Is it too much to hope for for PEACE?
It may be time for the Palestinians to muster their pride and to put it bluntly request from the Israeli Government a list of names of Palestinians that they might consider as potential Prime Ministers [that they can work with] of the Palestinian Authority
A contest/pageant should be held and the names of the top three finishers endorsed by the Israeli Government should be submitted to Washington DC for their imprematura.
The Palestinians for their part should demand as a condition of such an approach that the US provide them on an annual basis the same amount of financial and military aid on a per capita basis as they presently Israel. Documentation covering such an agreement must precede any pageant holding and be endorsed by the Congress and by treaty, and be enforced as long as US aid is provided Israel.
Is such an approach too much to hope for for PEACE?

In my day, to be with a nazi did not make me a nazi. however at this time when the Bush man rules the world we are all at risk of his terror champagne. Please let Mr. Alouni be at home until his trial. He will prove to be innocent ,of that I have no doubt . aljazeerah. info is an American site and worth a look ,so that you will know that freedom from Bush is coming.

Indian Muslim Council-USA welcomes court verdict in Staines
murder case.
Santa Clara, CA. Indian Muslim Council-USA, an advocacy group working
toward safeguarding Indian society s pluralist and tolerant ethos,
welcomed the conviction of Dara Singh and 12 others by a trial court in
the state of Orissa.
On January 22, 1999, Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two
young sons, Timothy (7) and Philip (11), were burnt to death as they
slept in their jeep in Manoharpur, a town in Orissa, India. Dara Singh,
a sympathizer of the Hindutva-fascist parties in India, was arrested for
the crime.
Rasheed Ahmed, Vice-President of IMC-USA said, We are pleased by the
decision of the trial court and its efforts to resist intimidation and
pressure by supporters of the accused. This verdict should serve as a
lesson to extremist forces that their campaign to ferment hatred against
minorities and secular minded Indians will never go unpunished.
Since it was founded over a year ago, IMC-USA has been actively
promoting values of pluralism and tolerance amongst the Indian Diaspora
in the United States.
