Jerusalem on Alert over Long-Awaited Israeli-Planned Palestinian Suicide Attack By Hassan El-Najjar Al-Jazeerah, May 18, 2006 This is a typical Israeli occupation exercise that has been planned and executed, by the book, for the last six years. Israeli occupation forces keep raiding Palestinian cities and villages to kill and arrest as many anti-occupation activists as possible (as published daily in Al-Jazeerah) in order to trigger a retaliation in the form of a rocket launching or a suicide bombing. Then, these rare Palestinian retaliation acts would be used by the Zionist Empire media in the US-EU to cover up for the Israeli occupation war crimes and to justify new Israeli terrorist military campaigns against the Palestinian people. As attacks and counter attacks go on, the Israeli occupation government uses them as a basis to refuse withdrawal from the Palestinian territories, and to strangle the Palestinian people further, saying that there's no Palestinian peace partner. At this moment, the Olmert government and its Zionist supporting apparatus in the US-EU are performing a collective prayer for this alleged Palestinian suicide bomber to succeed in blowing himself up in some Israelis, so events can occur as planned. Zionist propagandists in the US-EU corporate media are also waiting impatiently to publish their reports and commentaries about Palestinian terrorism, chaos, and lack of peace partner. I don't think the previous Soviet and Nazi German empires reached this degree of devilish sophistication. Source: Read the Khaleej Times news article below: Jerusalem on alert over suicide attack fears Khaleej Times, (AFP) 18 May 2006 OCCUPIED JERUSALEM - Occupied Jerusalem was placed on high alert for several hours on Thursday amid fears that a Palestinian strapped with a bomb was bent on carrying out a suicide bombing, police said. Police officers and border guards were deployed around the northern districts of occupied Jerusalem. Checkpoints were set up on roads leading to the occupied West Bank and rescue workers were poised to go into action. The alert was sparked by intelligence that a Palestinian strapped with a bomb had possibly infiltrated occupied Jerusalem from the Ramallah area of the West Bank in order to carry out a suicide bombing. “We don’t think the terrorist managed to get into the city and at the moment searches are concentrating on suburbs of east Jerusalem,” a police spokesman told AFP, referring to the Arab district of the city, occupied since 1967. What if the Suicide Bomber Fails to Show up? Don't worry, read this: Meanwhile, Palestinian militants in the northern Gaza Strip tried to fire six rockets into Israel, although only one was confirmed to have exploded -- near an army training base in the southern Negev desert, the army said. Two backfired inside Gaza and another landed in the Mediterranean. There were no reports of any casualties or damage. (The six rockets are supposed to go north or east to target Israelis, instead five of them went south or west!!!). |
